nature diaries # 2 -naturopathy the way of life
HELLO DEARIES,
welcome to the 2nd post of nature diaries, continuing on the introduction and faq (frequently asked questions ).
#1.how do we cure the diseases?
For all diseases there is one cure and that is detoxification of the body by natural means .To keep our body healthy there is an unseen force which we call life force /immunity /pranic force /resistance power .Body has the capacity to heal itself naturally with the help of these forces but only if we don't suppress it or intervene in its working through external forces .The stronger healing power within , the sooner the diseases will be cured . Naturopathy enhances this healing power within and hampers accumulation of toxins in the body.
As soon as any signal of illness like headache ,loss of appetite etc. appears immediately give up eating and clean the body through various natural methods of naturopathy (which we will talk about a little later ) and practice yoga . By doing this chances of a disease becoming acute are decreased .
If there is an acute disease (fever, loose- motion , vomiting ,cold etc.) treat it as natural cleansing process and do not suppress it with medicine. Although sometimes we are in a situation where we just want immediate relief, it is important to understand that taking medicine will only temporarily suppresses the problem and will come out in any other form later ,which we often term as side effects of medicines.
however it is important to understand that naturopathy works best as a precautionary and preventive stream of treatment ( remember prevention is better than cure ).just to keep your body clean from toxins , however if the disease is chronic and acute it is advised to get proper diagnostics like x ray etc done and then to slowly follow the natural lifestyle and bring the body back in balance . if the disease is not chronic it should be treated with various natural means of treatment :-
a) natural food and related precautions.
b) balance of five elements in the body (space , air ,fire, water and mud ).
c) right way of living.
d) removing mental disorder.
e) various yogic exercises.
#2.how naturopathy helps /what are the benefits of naturopathy ?
detoxification and promoting healing power within the body is called naturopathy .apart from natural life and yoga , there is no medical treatment which can provide complete health . naturopathy makes one self dependent for ones own health.
ailments are eradicated from the root ,provides speedy relief , mind is peaceful and full of vigor.

we are used to living a certain lifestyle since so many years and to leave it and follow natural lifestyle
certainly calls for some commitment and effort on ones part , but definitely it can be assured once you switch over, there will be no looking back . You will find mental , physical and financial peace as you don't have to pay hefty medical bills and you can be your own doctor
#3.what is healing crisis ?
it is important to know that naturopathy extricates the problems from its roots , during treatment toxins are released from the body in the form of cold,cough ,loose motions etc. which are called healing crisis .due to ignorance patients get disappointed when the healing crisis takes place and give up naturopathy to resort to medicine . healing crisis need not be taken as discomfort but as cleansing processes taking out the disease from the system . if the treatment is causing uneasiness a naturopath must be consulted before giving up treatment.
